Pressure and Soft Washing

Soft Washing

Paver Restauration

Paver Restauration

A soft wash incorporates special low-pressure nozzles on the end of a pressure washing gun or wand. Soft washing involves using a biodegradable chemical that removes the biological elements (mold, algae, pollen, dirt, moss) and other stains without damaging surfaces on your home or killing your plants.

Not only does the soft washing method clean surfaces, such as your roof, gutters, windows, driveways, deck, patio, siding, or fence, safely and thoroughly, it also maintains paint and masonry longer.

  • Pressure Washing Can remove dirt, moss, and stains that can make pavers look less attractive. It can also restore their appearance. Dirt and other contaminants can cause pavers to deteriorate faster if left unattended. Pressure washing can help prevent damage from mold, mildew, and weeds, which can spread and worsen over time.

  • Paver sand Helps with drainage by filling gaps between pavers, preventing water from pooling and potentially damaging the pavers. Sand can also create a barrier that discourages weed growth. How often you need to re-sand pavers depends on the type of sand and the conditions, but regular sand may need to be reapplied every couple of years, while polymeric sand can last up to a decade.

  • Paver sealer Can protect pavers from environmental factors like freeze-thaw cycles, salt, UV rays, and moisture. Sealing can also help prevent stains, weeds, and mildew, and make pavers easier to clean. The sealant creates an impermeable barrier that strengthens the bond between pavers, making them less likely to shift or become loose. Sealing can also enhance the color and finish of pavers.
